This paper is a continuation of CHINE231, covering Lessons 14-19 in New Practical Chinese Reader 1 & 2. Over the trimester, your knowledge of Chinese characters and character compounds will expand, and you will be introduced to several new key grammatical constructions, which will significantly enrich your expression in both written and spoken Chinese, on topics ranging from celebrating festivals, visiting the bank and post office, travelling, shopping, and making cultural comparisons.

Assignments are to be completed in your Practical Chinese Reader Workbook 1 and 2. You have the option of either handing in your workbook in class or uploading it to the dedicated submission space in Moodle.
